One710 Softworks Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates MakeMyCV at https://makemycv.app/. This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances we offer refunds for purchases made through the Service. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within the time frame specified for your purchase (e.g. within 7 days of payment, where applicable).
- You have not already downloaded or used the paid feature (e.g. PDF download) in a way that would make a refund unfair (see Section 2).
- There was a technical failure on our side that prevented you from receiving the paid service (e.g. payment was charged but the Service did not grant access or deliver the product).
- Duplicate or erroneous charges occurred.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You have already successfully used the paid feature (e.g. you have downloaded the PDF or generated and used a cover letter) and simply changed your mind.
- You did not use the Service due to your own technical issues (e.g. device or browser problems) that we could not reasonably resolve.
- Your request is made after the refund request period stated at the time of purchase or in our communications.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your registered email address, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time (typically within 5–7 business days).
If your refund is approved, we will process it through the same payment method you used (e.g. card or UPI via Razorpay). Refunds may take 5–10 business days (or longer depending on your bank or payment provider) to reflect in your account.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases we may offer a partial refund (e.g. for subscription periods not yet used) at our discretion. We will communicate the amount and reason when applicable.
5. Currency
All transactions and refunds are in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds will be credited in INR to the original payment method.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For purchases made before a change, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless we state otherwise.
